Hi, I really enjoy the crafts of the era. Working with hides, beading and eventually quilling. I was raised camping so this is an extension of that but it is much better. I have always loved nature, taking pictures whenever I can of all sorts of things.
Why do I go to rendezvous?
It is so relaxing when you are in camp cooking together and everyone you meet is so friendly. When you participate in the camps you have a better respect for nature and it almost seems you see things more clearly. People are so willing to help you out when you have a problem. It is like modern day society has vanished all together. I do have to say it is hard going back home if I had my way I would stay in that era things where so much simpler.
